Over the course of 21 days, you’ll have full access to one seat and majority of the Opaleye platform. We’ll set up your review funnel and give you the tools to set up your first text and email campaigns.
Unless you cancel your trial in writing with your Opaleye manager, you’ll be charged for your first month’s account fee. (We’ve gotta keep the lights on!)
You will not lose any 3rd-party reviews that have been collected during your trial.

Our plans work for any business type. Our customers choose their plans based on the number of locations / clients they have.
You can always add more seats as your business grows or your agency scales. The more seats you require, the more you save on volume pricing.
After your 21 day trial ends, you will be charged on a monthly or annual basis.
For subscribers, you’ll be charged starting the day of your kickoff call.
Our friends trying us out will be charged on day 22 unless otherwise canceled.
Even if you activate your subscription early during your trial, you will not be charged until the end of the trial.

We do not offer refunds. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, you will maintain access to your account until the end of your subscription period.
Yes.
You can always add more seats. When your seat threshold qualifies you for discounts, your account will automatically graduate to the next plan and you will have access to the higher plan features.
We take your security very seriously.
All access to Opaleye online is encrypted with SSL. The Opaleye database is kept in a private network, completely inaccessible from outside access.
Access to Google My Business and Facebook is accessed using a technology called OAuth; this is highly secure. You can easily disable your accounts from Opaleye at any time.
You will not lose any 3rd-party reviews that have been collected while being an Opaleye partner. You can also export all of your directly collected 1st party reviews prior to cancellation.
